These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Upon confirmation of payment for the order (“Order(s)”) placed by the you, the Company directly ships any such Order via third-party logistic partners. Your Orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After the Orders are shipped, the Users shall be issued a tracking ID against their Order. The Users will be able to track their Orders by visiting our Website. In case your Order is shipped through multiple shipments, a tracking ID shall be issued against each such shipment. The Customers may visit our website to track their respective shipments.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping charges varies in accordance with the dimension, height, weight, and location of delivery of the Orders. The Users can view the levied shipping charges upon checkout.. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic order shipment will be dispatched within 2(two) – 3 (three) working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of confirmation of order and delivered within 7 (seven) – 8 (eight) working days from the date of dispatching such Orders. However, depending on certain restrictions and unpredictable situation delivery of Orders at certain region may take up to 10-15 working days from the date of the dispatch. The Users shall be duly communicated in case of any such delay. If you are ordering our products during any sale event on our Website, shipment may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. The Users must note that all the timelines are provided on an assumption basis and could change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

3.2 TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

3.3 DISPATCH TIME

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.4 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. 

Our delivery partners shall deliver the Orders on best effort basis, however, in case they are unable to deliver the same, the Orders shall be returned to the Company and the return or exchange option shall be given to the Customers in accordance with the terms of the return and refund policy of the Company.

4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

6. DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7. CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time without any cost before the product is dispatched. Such cancellation request must be placed within normal business hours i.e. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. In the event, a cancellation request has been placed after the business hours, it will be considered as a request placed on the subsequent day and Poojai.com shall not be liable if the Order is dispatched on the day of the receipt of such cancellation email after the business hours. 

Please note that there may be a delay between the product’s dispatch and the delivery of dispatch confirmation e-mail to you. Poojai.com’s decision shall be final regarding the question of whether any ordered product has been dispatched prior to the cancellation of your order.

8. INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
